Boat Trip on the River Thames

We have arranged an outing that will include a spendid trip down one of the most attractive stretches of the River Thames from Kingston to Richmond. Turk launches offer luxurious river craft which attractive urban and rural sites can be observed from comfortable seating.

The trip will last about an hour and members dissembarking at the St Helena Pier will be able to enjoy refreshments (which are not included in the outing cost) at the spendid White Cross pub. Approximately 90 minutes will be available to enjoy lunch and perhaps take a short walk down the Thames.

The pickup time will be 11.30am at The Woodlawns Centre, 16 Leigham Court Road, SW16 2PJ, for a 12 noon sailing time, and the return journey will leave the White Cross pub at around 2.30pm. The ticket price for this event will be £13.50 which includes the boat trip and return transport. Please book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment, as there are only a limited number of places which members will be booking already.
